Cool Interview Video & 4 Week Update

First off, thank you to all my backers. I cannot ever thank you enough but I will do my best! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We are getting super close now and I can hardly contain my excitement. 

I'd like to share with you an interview about this Kickstarter. Hopefully this gives you some perspective on me and my rune knowledge, and maybe you can learn a thing or two. Much of what is said on this interview will also appear in my book.

As for where I am at with this project, I'm currently putting the finishes touches on Othala, which my son Ragnar has declared as "the best one." I also want to go through and do one more edit myself, and I expect to be done my first draft entirely by the end of next week. I am so close!!! I almost don't want it to end!

The rune I'd like to share with you today is Kenaz. Kenaz is the torch, the fire that inspires. This rune is one that I hold particularly dear as an artist. It reminds me to keep going, keep creating, and just keep doing. To share my creations is to share my light and this will inspire and lead others. Kenaz is about mastery and hard work, which can both be applied to art. This is how I feel when working on my Illustrated Book of Runes project, and I keep this rune close for inspiration. 

Less than two weeks remain, so remind your friends and start thinking of what prints you might want to send to loved ones for the holiday season because the time is flying by.

One Week Update - Slashed Prices on Original Artwork

I'm happy to say things are still progressing well, we're about 3/4 of the way there! To help keep this moving, I've decided to try cutting the prices back on the rune originals and the custom artwork on the top two tiers. If I can sell out of those, we will be in a great position to unlocking the higher tiers and I'll be able to offer more rewards to all you lovely backers.

Launch Update

Hello everyone! My video says the runes half complete, but filming was done back in early July! Needless to say, much has progressed since. I'm now down to only four runes left, the foreward draft is done and I only need to draft the ending section. I expect some of my unpaid editors can be helping me get this book polished before the Kickstarter is over.
